Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers in Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free on all orders of $150 USD or more.
  • For orders under $150 USD, a flat shipping fee of $10 USD applies within Canada and the United States.

Carriers & Delivery Options

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and best available rate.

  • Standard: 3–10 business days
  • Expedited: 2–5 business days

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM PST or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that expedited shipping refers to transit time after the order has shipped. It does not include processing time.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Some deliveries may require a signature.
  • Pedal Emporium is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

Return Policy

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for defective or damaged items only.
  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return, items must:
    • Be in new or like-new condition
    • Include all original packaging and accessories
    • Be returned with proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at sales@pedalemporium.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is received.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
