Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers in Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free on all orders of $150 USD or more.
  • For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Carriers & Delivery Options

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and best available rate.

  • Standard: 3–10 business days
  • Expedited: 2–5 business days

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM PST or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that expedited shipping refers to transit time after the order has shipped. It does not include processing time.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Some deliveries may require a signature.
  • Pedal Emporium is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for defective or damaged items only.
  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must:
    • Be in new or like-new condition
    • Include all original packaging and accessories
    • Be returned with proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

  1. Email sales@pedalemporium.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
